Breakfast is only served until 10 a.m. & latest checkout is also 10 a.m. Also, if you like the cigarette "after", you'll have to get dressed and smoke it outside... strictly a non-smoking hotel. Excellent hotel! Stayed here for 3 nights,booked it for the "last price" deal! We had an Executive room on the first floor with two TV's ,two queen beds, kitchen, big bathroom with really good bath (new, deluxe style) a balcony, with a view on a river, chairs and a lamp, little bar and a n ironing board! Three nights for E 128.......found it on line, am sure it was meant per night, however they honored the rate and this in the middle of the Tulip Season, five hundred yards from the Keukenhof flower exposition! Service was good, restaurant fair- certainly worthwhile! more

We have stayed 2 nights at the Golden Tulip Lisse and the overall impression of this hotel is to be more likely a 3 star than a 4 star hotel. Bathroom is basic, no heating, poor air-ventilation and rooms are noisy, no pictures on the walls - typical motel style charme. The pool area is closed most of the day... more

We stayed one night at this hotel because we were attending a wedding reception that took place there. Our overall impression was that this hotel got stuck somewhere in the 70's-80's in terms of decoration: yellowish-beige-ish bath and sinks, brownish carpets, etc. Everything is incredibly dated (with lots of wear and tear) and would need serious renovations and new decoration.... more
