We were inUtrecht for a wedding and this hotel was very central so we could walk to the Stadhuis and the other venues. The dining room is terrific - we were sorry we were not eating supper in the hotel. Breakfast was expensive - better to wait until the front cafe is open and choose just what you want. more

This is a comfortable and clean hotel, the rooms are a good size, but not all have a good view, We didn't take breakfast there as it is a little pricy. Staff were always willing to help and when we arrived too early to get into our room they were quite happy to store our bags in a locked cupboard.... more

It was the only room available, so can't moan too much. tiny room with tiny (attractive) bathroom. Smell from kitchens. Step in the room on way to bathroom was dangerous. more

Premium location in the city center (NOT at the station), with a nice view either of the Janskerkhof (flower market on saturdays) or the Dom (the carillon sounds all through the night). I had a superior double room as a single, very spacious (at least for Dutch circumstances), but for two persons there would have been only one comfortable chair.... more

Hi, Hotel is avarage....and comparatively rooms are small with respect to cost....and huge communication gap in staff. I would like to share my experience. Without intimating the customer they checked out on their own and keep customers luggage in the luggage room even though customer was agree to continue the stay.Its doesnt looks good services. Tradiional small Hotel at the bottom of Utrechts Shopping district. Do not confuse with the larger 20-story NH Hotel near the rail station. This one is approx 1.5km away from the station. Good clean hotel, rooms slightly small compared to more moderm hotels, but OK. Nothing else, good or bad, to report really. more

Typical business hotel: clean, functional, very close to the main station. Modern and large rooms, friendly personal. But on the other side: zero charm, sight on a parking place, very expensive extras (1 hour wireless internet 10 euros!). more
