I regularly use this hotel whilst working in and around Europort. The hotel is well run, with very friendly and efficient staff. The rooms are of an average standard and suffer from a lack of aircon in the summer months. Also light sleepers will not appreciate being so close to the railway line or motorway, although it has never bothered... more

Stayed at the De Beer for two nights while on business. The location was very convenient for the port, and did provide a lovely retreat from the industrialized atmosphere of the surrounds. The staff were friendly, the restaurant served good food (there's not much around) and the pool was clean. While taking a dip there were rabbits hopping around outside... more
