I've stayed in the hotel for 10 days in September 2009. The general impression is very good: I stayed in a medium-size room with a comfortable bad, wardrobe, a table, small refrigerator, TV (there was a regular TV and a possibility to use additional cinema channels for extra pay – I did not use it), tea making facility (not only... more

Stayed at the delta for 2 nights in March. The hotel is quite a ways from the train station if you plan to walk. I was not keen on the location but it was close to the Euromast. It was clean and had a little balcony, not a great view but nice to have outside space. The bed was extremely... more

Hotel Milano should not display a 3 star rating. Definetely not recommended. We called the hotel twice before our arrival to say that we would arrive late in the night. They said that it was no problem. Only thing was, when we arrived at 2 am everything was dark, the reception room locked, no lights, no messages, no keys for... more

I was paying my own bills on this trip, so went for somewhere cheaper than usual. The Milano is in a very "ethnic" area of a diverse City. I had no particular problem with this, working in London. The major drawback is that it is next to a major junction on a busy road and despite the price of petrol,... more

Hotel is currently undergoing renovations and is in a terrible state. It does not deseve the two star rating that Expedia gave it. Stairs/hallways are dingy looking, and there was construction dust everywhere. Location was okay near a tram station), but generally, the neighbourhood is a little trashy. The rooms were spacious and clean enough, but very, VERY basic. The... more

I stayed here on the May 20th, 2007 and found the hotel to be located just a 5 minute walk from Central Station. The front desk staff were very very pleasant and helped me with my luggage to my room. Do not let the price put you off, this hotel is a bargain for sure. I would of paid much... more

CONS: 1) small room facing the hotel's junkyard, (there were tyres, pieces of wood, cardboards strewn about!! and the room got a very dirty balcony as well) 2) no tea making facility, (no kettle, not cups are provided. nothing in the fridge bar either, which makes it very inconvenient, especially if you want a drink at night) 3) no pen... more

We were invited to a medical event in Rotterdam, 4 people stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. Because there would be partying all over the time we decided to take a cheap and simple hotel we just could enter for sleeping and breakfast. The hotel is located at Gravedijkwal, which is a main road that is a little offside... more

Hotel room clean/comfortable, room overlooked run down apartments to rear and side, "gardens" full of rubbish, old car wheels/bikes and over grown with weeds, same view from breakfast room which was neat/tidy and clean, breakfast was good, staff friendly, the problems are very run down area, felt very unsafe walking back even from the tram stop 200 yards away, clientele... more

There were 4 people in our party staying late march. I had a broken foot at the time and specifically asked for the hotel to have a lift/ elevator. When we arrived we discovered that it did not and that the stairs leading to the rooms were terrible, many of them and narrow. After climbing to the top we felt... more
