This is the 2nd time we have stayed in des Indes and the experience is unforgettable. Whilst I was on a conference for 3 days, my wife enjoyed the luxury of the room and spa. Like a traveller from Nov 08, I too was given a small room right by the elevator. The elevator is extremely noisy. The sheets were scratchy and the room dark with hardly anywhere to put your things. more

We usually complain about how poor the service is at european hotels, because we are used to service standards across Asia. However, this was not the case at des Indes.
