Stayed there two nights on a business trip and really liked the design of the place. Staff was helpful and polite. Nights were silent and the bed comfortable. The place is ideal when travelling for business - wouldn't like to stay in the area though when on vacation. On the other hand even on vacation you might just stay one... more

Life is not grand at the Grand Winston. The customer service is woefully lacking. Believe the crew here were sick the day common courtesy was taught in hotel management school. As all the previous reviewers have indicated the bathroom is a little different. Not only are the walls are 3/4 height glass (although with striped frosting to allow for some privacy), the shower includes optional body height jets - not particularly effective though.
