The hotel was OK, not as good as I'd expected from some of the reviews here. It was January so cold, but there had been no attempt to make sure the room was warm. And there was only one of those old cast iron radiators for the room and the bathroom, ie there was no separate heating in the bathroom.... more

Great location: bus stop right outside the door, 15 minute walk into the city centre (and the nice part of the city centre around the Noordeinde), direct bus link from Centraal Station, 5 mins walk from Gemeentemuseum. The hotel 's location is halfway between the town centre and Scheveningen beach. It lays in an area with majestic old houses along a wide green lane. There is enough place to park your car in front of the hotel and, important, parking is free. So we left the car there and we took the bus to vist the town.... more

We needed a room for 3 persons and could not have been in a better place. We had to visit family and this was one of the hotels nearby. The room was large, coffeemaking facilities, great breakfast. Definately one of our favourites. more

Our family of 4 stayed here for 2 nights during a Jan. weekend trip to the area. We even brought our dog with us. We had no trouble finding it or finding parking on the street. Nice small hotel to have a quiet sleep in a quiet location. The room was large even if a bittle old. But good quality for money in you want a family-run hotel. more
