stayed 2 nights Thurs & Friday in October. Very central location 5 to 10 mins walk to centre and attractions. On the surface this hotel looks very nice - modern looking reception, stylish bar area and tastefully decorated bedrooms, but it lets itself down in so many other ways, starting with the staff. Travelled with group by coach and used as base. Service quite good and rooms very comfortable but lack the smaller necessities. As many continental hotels, is a bed and breakfast tariff.
