The only good thing about this hotel is the price and the hot water!! faint smell of drains drifting up from the basement, staff very helpful but the owner/manager is not. Do not try to make, or receive a phone call after 11pm !!! more

We had a lovely room (one of the suites) overlooking the river in this excellent hotel. Reasonably priced, it has a very cheerful breakfast room and outstanding personnel. We were given detailed help with every request. Would recommend staying here in Antwerp and commuting to Brussels on the train. more
