food great, bed a bit narrow, the staff really friendly, beautifull cobbled streets everywhere and bike lanes everywhere. . The neighbourhood felt very safe and no obvious cctv or speed cameras...or eternal police sirens. It was really nice to be around so many orthodox Jewish people who were extremely polite when I asked for directions. There was a lovely park nearby with a large bird sanctury + lake. Nice to see no large supermarkets. It seemed a city that wanted to steer away from hideous modernity. A town without traffic wardens marching everwhere. Cars drove moderately, cyclists weren't crazy. Lovely place to be a pedestrian as I was. A kind of heaven on Earth
