Very helpful staff - we were in a large group and did not know Antwerp at all and the staff sorted everything out for us - booking restaurants, advising us where to go out in the evening and helping us get around. more

We went to the hotel as part of a trip to the tall ships race. When we got there we were give our key and shown to our room. It wasn't finished! Apparently the hotel was being refurbished. Great hotel... massive room....very clean.... excellent breakfast... staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly. In a good location close to everything with trams stopping just outside the hotel if you're feeling a bit lazy. would definately use this hotel again more

I recently spend a 5 day vacation at the Antwerp Diamond hotel located on Belgielei 36. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was quite large and very clean. The transportation, the trams was located about a 30 second walk from the front door. For 1 Euro it would take you to all points nearby and far away.... more

Great hotel, brilliant for the metro. Be careful walking to the hotel after dark from central station, there are some dubious characters in the area.
