Great location! Could not have asked for better. Central station very close and could see the hotel de ville from our room. Friendly staff and bakery across the street. Rooms a little cozy but fine for the small amout of time spent in the room. Would definately stay again.

I ordered a double room and they gave me a twin room (two single beds together), but the bed was convenient though. The rooms are nice and clean. It takes just 30 seconds walk from the hotel to Grand Place. But it has a small and a very simple lobby though.

Suprisngly good hotel for the hotel in A* location. Good size rooms and bathoom. Very clean. Breakfast buffet expensive, but cheap cafe opposite! Would happly return. Online price appeared to be 1/4 of rate shown in reception.

Impressive location which is what you are really paying for. Being in the city centre there is no way of getting away from the noise (and it is definitely noisy at night). My complains about a room: someone's hair on the pillow, strange smell, very stuffy (conditioner is not controlled), wi-fi is not free (EUR 10/day). But the location is good.. so if you don't care about comfort room it can be a good choice.

I think pat c's review below was spot on. The one big plus about this hotel is the location - perfectly situated b/w the central station and the grand place.
