It was my first visit in Brussels, I was told that beside of course lovely city and a lot of places to see it is worth to pass by Amigo Hotel which was describe to me as “the best hotel in Brussels”. As I am a hotelier I would like to go there for short visit to see the rooms,... more

Rooms are large and well appointed. Bathrooms are sizeable. Entire facility, incluing rooms, was spotless! Location is perfect behind the Town Hall on the Grand Place. Plenty of closet room. Turn down service every night, which also seemed to be a recleaning of the room. Very quiet inside, although due to it's proximity to the Grand Place, you do hear... more

A wonderful location in the centre of old Brussels but with car parking. We went in december and the son et lumieire in the grand place was breath taking. The room was very comfortable and the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly for such an up market hotel. more

A very lovely hotel to go away for a quiet break; we can highly recommend it to anyone. The staff were very discreet but highly attentive and it did feel a little like Hotel Babylon, or was that because we watched an episode whilst staying at the hotel! more

I've reviewed this hotel before - I stay here quite a lot - and said it was the best in Brussels. Usually it is hassle free and sometimes a pleasure to stay here but it was pretty full this last stay and quite rowdy. The management could not quite cope and on my last day - for practical purposes -... more

I can't understand why all the rave reviews on Hotel Amigo. I spent 2 nights there last January and I found it an average hotel with expensive prices! My room was clean, comfortable ,but small and not up to 5 stars and the same applies to the bathroom. Toiletries were nothing special either. TV had mostly news channels from all... more

This is an excellent hotel. The only reasons that I have given it 4 stars are that it is very expensive and it doesn't have a Spa. If neither of the above are important to you than you will have a great stay. The stars of the show are the concierge's. They are easily the best I have ever encountered.... more

I loved the Amigo. It's beautifully clean, gorgeous service and the personal touches within each room i.e. prints of Rene Magritte work and Tintin models really added to the charm of the place. I would love to go there again - gorgeous! more

The employees at Forte Amigo Hotel works to please everyone. I had the opportunity to see two days during our stay there. I loved the olives that accompanied the drinks at the bar/lounge, aside from the strawberries and medley of peanuts. The fresh olives were out of this world! They kept on bringing out more and more as I couldn't... more

Clean but small rooms. Excellent location. I stayed one week and paid 200 Euros per night (breakfast was NOT included in the price). The gym is smallish but covers the basic needs. I was confirmed for a room with two beds but got a single king size bed instead. You can hear the street noise at night time - I... more
