very noisy - impossible to sleep bathroom ceiling poured with water when person upstairs showered receoption staff did not know where the tram or train stations where - had to ask at Radisson next door and they kindly showed me the tram stop which was a bout 1 minute away breakfast buffet was very sparse and nothing was restocked more
