Was slightly disappointed for a 5 star hotel. Location was excellent, room was comfortable, cleaning was ok but not to a standard you would expect in a hotel. toiletries where not replenished and staff on the reception desk where quite rude when checking in. Don't think I will stay at another Sheraton. more
