We stayed at the Four Points for two nights in the middle of November and we really enjoyed our stay. The staff were excellent, friendly and knowledgeable and the room was quiet and comfortable. Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights in April and got a very good bargain for the room. Good location as it was not very far off from Metro Louise/Louiza, where you can get the train to several locations. Spacious room, loved the comfortable bed and nice bathroom, but the TV was a dated one. Had to pay for internet... more

Having lived in and around Bruxelles for 11 years we wanted a place from where we could wander round all our favourite places in this city. I spent 2 nights at the Four Points via a deal on Hotels.com. Overall I came away underwhelmed with a hotel that fell short of my expectations. Let's start with the good points... - Location is good. We used points to upgrade and our room was very comfortable with good amenities. Hotel is located just off Avenue Louise which is a retail/commercial avenue, but quiet in the evenings and safe for walking. We were told when arrived at the Four Points that the hotel was already fully booked and was asked to transfer to the Sheraton in the centre of brussels. My husband and I got a good deal on Eurostar tickets and so decided to take a trip to Brusesels. I got a great price for 3 nights at the Four Points Sheraton though a "Top Secret Hotels" deal from lastminute.com, which was described as a 4* hotel in the centre of Brussels. We stayed her for 2 nights for a short Brussels visit. Good points: Parking easy in a secure garage, 16 Euros per night not too bad for a City Centre hotel.
