I stayed at this hotel for three reasons. I wanted somewhere cheap, close to the Palais de Justice and with free wi-fi. In that sense, it was perfect. On the other hand, the criticisms made in other reviews (which I read before booking) are all true. On arrival, the room stank, although the smell eventually dissipated after leaving the window... Just for start, when you enter the hotel stuff does not speak English enough to provide you with anything more than basic help - (Me: "I cannot login to your WiFi hotspot, can you help me?" She: "Here, password." Me: "I know, but once I enter it, it says connection is not possible." She: "Good!". Internet in lobby is not... More

Brussels hotels are generally overpriced; if you have to be on the Sablon, try the NH Hotel Du Grand Sablon, or better still find a boutique B&B and take taxis wherever you need to be. I arrived by train from Paris and the receptionist and staff at this shockingly poor hotel could not guide me how to walk to the... More

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Huge room with good climate control, no noise at night, great value breakfast with good choice of hot and cold foods, exceptional service, safe and clean location with plenty of good places to eat and drink nearby, good rates. Overall I cant fault the hotel on anything. Also in... More

The hotel is in a good location - close to most Brussels attractions and its easy to walk to all the main tourist sites. The weekend rate that we got was good ( EUR 80 and EUR 58) for Sat Sunday night room only. However the EUR129 for the Monday night we thought was very overpriced. The hotel seemed to... More

I stayed during a business journey and I found a poorly conserved hotel. My room rate was very expensive>100€ for the quality of the room facilities. Quite old and badly maintained. The location was very good, everything is near. Nice surroundings with lots of restaurants and cafes. A safe place even the hotel street is a bit quiet to walk... More

The location is really central, about 5-10 minutes walking to the Grand Place in a quiet street so you won't be disturbed by any noises. The staff was real friendly. Inside, it is not as new as other hotels, but perfectly clean. My room was great and quite big. Free Wifi is a plus! More

We stayed one night at the Euro Stars Sablon. It is located a very short distance from Gare Central rail station. Taxi was 10 Euro even though it was a very short distance because taxi driver was disappointed after waiting in line awhile. We paid reluctantly. The hotel is situated a couple blocks from one square, restaurants and a church.... More
