It's a city centre hotel but one of the noisiest I have been in. My room was fine but very stingy on coffee in the room. Wi fi is expensive when most hotels are free. We stayed here after new years and it's so close to the gran platz and lots of locals too! Train station to Brugge is a block away. Breakfast was primo and even had champagne. They upgraded our room and breakfast complimentary! No executive lounge. Clean & modern. More

Hilton Brussels City is a good option when staying in the "Capital of Europe". It is close to Gare du Nord from where the commuter train takes you to the airport in less than 15 minutes (faster and cheaper than any taxi). Disappointing hotel. Small room, only suitable for one. Internet not included. Some staff standoffish. Tiny bathroom. Location out of the way, yet fine for metro service. Expensive for what you got.
