I booked this with lastminute dot com who describe it as five star. It is not. As previous reviews show it is boiling hot and there is nothing you can do to turn the heat down. What a business! Very promising hotel on paper (or web) but our stay was very disappointing. Personnel was arrogant and not very helpful. The room was tiny, the airco didn't work, the beds were awful, the bars were closed, the rooms are noisy and so on. Booking through lastminute.com with a Eurostar ticket as well, this was excellent value. The hotel was very comfortable amd everything went smoothly. The location is absolutely first class (just round the corner from Grand Place and an abundance of good restaurants). The staff all spoke perfect English.
