I stayed at Maxhotel for three nights in February. It is located very close to the World Trade Center of Brussels. It is also within 5 to 10 minutes from the city centre. The hotel is a budget hotel but it is quite new and very clean. Most of its visitors were on their business trips. The hotel itself doesn't... More

I have been there for 1 day in February. Reason for this cheapest price is, hotel gives you only bed, television and a towel and the rest could be purchased from the machines (soap, baggage room, etc.). There isn't a reception desk, check in&out is made from the machines at the entrance but dont worry hotel staff helps you. Also if... More

I have stayed here twice and on each time been impressed. The rooms are very clean and modern. The only two downsides are: (i) on both occasions when I have arrived at the hotel and 'registered' (you have to self-do this) I have had to ask the sole staff member present for help because the machine(s) haven't been working properly... Max Hotel is the perfect place to stay in Brussels if you want to be close to the city centre, plan on spending most of your time around town, want a comfortable and clean place to take a shower and get a good night's rest, and finally if you like good value for your hard-earned cash! This is not glamorous,... More

This hotel falls into the cheap chic category. You basically pay for only what you need beyond the room itself. The only downside is that you'll feel like you've just stayed in a very well-kept vending machine for your entire stay since most of the add-ons (e.g. an extra towel or pillow, wireless) are purchased from said machines on the... Really unfriendly staff, no reaction to complaint about clogged drain. Not able to chage reservation at reception- so I ended up having to pay for an extra night. No answer to emails. Also when I tried to call someone- I got put on hold forever until I hung up... An as if all that wasn`t enough- BILL GOT CHARGED TO... More

Great little hotel! Basic, clean and comfortable!! I would happily stay here again!! 10 minutes walking distance from Gard du Nord (which has direct trains to Brussels Int Airport!!) Just around the corner from the main shopping streets and about a 10 - 15 minute walk to Grand Place with all of its bars and restaurants! We couldn't have been... More

If you just need a place to sleep this is a great, basic hotel. It's around a 15 min walk to the main square. The rooms are very clean, but comfortable. The check in process is easy as long as you just follow the instructions on the screen. Make sure you make a note of the room number when it... More

It's really a good hotel, Not something luxery but good and not expensive. The rooms were good, clean bu not very big. It's a good budget hotel close to the Nord station and a lot of stores. It's a one star hotel, but it deserve two stars. The hotel is very modern because there was no front desk lady, it... More
