I had a large room, I think I got an upgrade to a Junior Suite or so. A little outdated, but ok. Internet didn't work. Breakfastrestaurant is not attracting and the buffet is poor. more

Great Locations.. Right in front of the busiest Promenade of Brussels.. Rogier ! Tiny Rooms... Great Sauna Room.... Access to the main station & Metro minutes away... This hotel was booked as a cheaper option for label expo. The rooms were very small and the services were alomost not there. THIS WAS MY WORST CHECK INN... BY FAR. The staff was low on courtsey and grossly undertrained. The rooms were very small and toilets even smaller. more

This is a very large business hotel and we booked it for the price alone which was not bad. The room was typical euro size, but on the 21st floor there are scuff marks along the walls and all over our room! Small very basic room on the 21st floor, quite a disappointment after the impressive Reception area - bed was alive with bugs - never seen anything like it in all my travels - checked out out immediately. more
