I have been a return customer to the Brussels Conrad since 1996 and have spent many nights there both for business events and personal travel. My wife and I made use of a free night voucher at this hotel from 11 to 12 February, which was offered to us by our Centurion card (black American Express). Overall, our stay was... More

Very classy hotel with very attentive staff. Rooms are huge, very well decorated & spotlessly clean. We only stayed 3 nights as we were only in Brussels for a concert. Room service is excellent, the food well worth the price. Room has a huge fridge if you want to put your own food & drink in it & a corner... More

Read some reviews on tripadvisor that almost put me off staying here but pleased I booked in the end. The room is lovely and very tastefully renovated. Bathroom is a little dated but clean. Very well located for shops and nice restaurants. Mamy Louise (casual) Odette (more formal) and off to Brasserie George today. Room service has been very good... More

This is a great property. Conveniently located in the center of Brussels, a great bar and summer terrace, and the kind of five star diggs you would expect from a Conrad. Close to the life of Brussels too. More

I stayed in Conrad just for one night, but I liked everything there so much, so wich to come back for a longer period. The room I have had a room bussines category, probably it was SIGNATURE ROOM, not sure, but it was very good room, as the space was impressive with big bed with lots of pillows, 2 comfortable... From arrival to departure, my one night stay was an absolute delight. Impressive hotel, welcoming staff, and a lovely room. There was someone on hand to take my luggage, and an upgrade when the receptionist noticed from my passport that I had a birthday in the next couple of days. A nice gesture. I had a large, recently refurbished room... More

First trip back to a First World country in 5 months. We decided to splurge and stay at a Conrad hotel. Arrived in Brussels from an overnight flight. Early check in was not possible but we had planned for that and had booked a spa day for ourselves. We had a great room with a small patio overlooking the inner... More

There is nothing not to like about this hotel except for the cost. I used hotel points to pay for the room, otherwise it would have been $1500 US a night. Perfect location that allows visitors to walk everywhere to go, knowledgeable staff, amazing rooms, top notch service, this hotel has thought of it all. If the price tag doesn't... More

All the staff are excellent- very helpful, polite. The rooms included extensive (and luxurious) toiletries, bath robes, slippers, free shoe shine, Nespresso machine & 8 choices of pillow. Breakfast excellent, lots of choice. More
