We stayed here on a Saturday night during a quick trip on the Eurostar. The hotel was very clean, the staff was helpful and the rooms were nice. The water temperature in the shower changed frequently, but it wasn't bad enough to ruin our stay. It is located near the European Union, which seems like a quieter neighborhood on the... more

The opinions on this hotel vary alot depending on the reviewr. Those who are looking for the US-style hotel away from the US will find it perfect. And those who want to experience authentic Belgium hospitality will find this one faceless and forgettable. The hotel is in the business district, a 20-minute walk away from the historical centre. The service... more

Stayed here for one night. Hotel was well located for our purposes, close to a train station (to buy Thalys tickets for the next day) and about 20 minutes' walk to the Grand Place and restaurant row. Room was ready for our early morning arrival. Clean, well maintained, similar to a U.S. business hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful... more

I stayed at this hotel with my husband for a weekend and loved it! The area the hotel is in, the European Quarter, is very quiet on the weekend and I loved the feel of the area. The walk to the Grand Place is only about 5 minutes and is a straight shot. It was nice to see the touristy... more

Stayed one night in April. Check in was a nice experience the staff polite and quick. A glass of wine is offered for free, and quite rightly they should as they charge quite a lot for a night. The room had space and was clean and nice. Seven pillows in the bed is to much. Just count the number of... more

The staff werevery helpful and could not do enough for us. The meal that evening was fantastic. We would definetley stay again. more

The check-in process was very easy, with a complimentary glass of sparkeling wine when we checked in. The room was giant, there was a king sized bed and lots of good channels on the TV. The room was very clean and the bed was WONDERFUL, with 6 pillows and a very great comforter. The one problem with the hotel was... more

My wife and I stayed here as part of a 4-day / 3 night trip to Brussels and Amsterdam. Booked the room via Priceline for an amazing price (see [--] to get an idea of what to bid), which amounted to the best bang-for-the-buck one can probably get in Brussels. Hotel is easy to get to--take the #12 bus to... more

I can honestly say in a month or two I won't even remember I stayed in this hotel. It is completely average at best. Pros: Good gym facilities (go late, it gets busy) Cons: Bad location for tourism Bad room service 25€ breakfast? That's reasonable... 20€/day Internet? Ditto... How can this possibly be the #3 hotel in Brussels? more
