This hotel is a little gem at the edge of the romantic and happening St. Catherine area. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are spacious and comfortable and the prices are always reasonable. The only problem is that the hotel is, understandably, often full. more

Stayed at the Atlas Brussels for a weekend in March 2008. The location is excellent - just along from St Catherine's church, which is where the main winter markets are held. This is 5-8 minutes walk to the Grand Place, and I found it a great base to explore the city by foot. The general area around there (known as... more

The Atlas is ideally located since it is close to all amenities yet in a very quiet square. Ask for a room at the back and you won't believe you are in a bustling city! I was upgraded to a double room even though I had booked a single and had masses of space and a wonderful, large bathroom with... more

My husband and I stayed at the Atlas Hotel, Brussels, from 23rd to 27th December 2007. Everything was perfect. The bedroom was comfortable, well heated and insulated. The buffet breakfast was plentiful (cheese, sliced meats, yoghurts, fresh fruit, cereals, variety of breads, pastries, croissants) and attractively laid out - and available up until 10.30 (very civilised). The staff were very... more

We stayed for 2 nights in beginning of December 2007, and it was simply great! I've been in all kinds of hotels, some of which 4 and 5 star, in many countries around Europe and Asia, and can definitely state that this was one of the best! Great location - right in the center of Brussels! Very clean and comfortable... more

We stayed at the Atlas for three enjoyable evenings. After a long overnight plane trip we were able to check in early and get some rest. The hotel room was clean, quiet and large. Bathroom was immaculate and modern. The buffet breakfast very adequate. What really made the place great was the wonderful staff, giving directions, restaurant selections, etc. Most... more

Great place to stay. Good price, nice people, spotlessly clean. Also, in a great neighborhood, close to superb fish restaurants as well. We stayed there three nights. Jerome and Ulla Wilson, Essex, CT more

We stayed for one night in July. The summer rate is a great deal. Our room was very bright and had a large window facing the street. The hotel was very clean and bathroom was very large. Great breakfast which left us full for our day of travel. We will definitely stay at this hotel on our next visit to... more

After a long 12 hours on a night train from Barcelona to Paris, we hopped on the Thalys to Brussels. We showed up at the TI with no accommodations whatsoever, and were tired and cranky. Within minutes we had a room in the Atlas Hotel for a very good price, and were able to check in right away, even though... more

We chose this hotel from the tourist information desk in the train station. The hotel claims a 3 star rating and I suppose technically it deserves it. It is well located, just blocks from the fish market and block from the Grand Place. It is a standard looking hotel, no charm, nor anything distinctive about it. The rooms were simply... more
