Martin's is situated in the european district. The Grand Place is a 30 min walk or a 10 min subway ride. Subway station is only 500m from the hotel. The neigbourhood is nice and safe. We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, the lobby and the bathrooms are completely new. The rooms are fine but not yet refurnished. We payed 50€ per night per room without breakfast. Last week my boyfriend and I spent the weekend in Brussels and stayed in this hotel. This used to be hotel Eurovillage, but from March 1st on they changed the name and formula into Martin's Central Park hotel.
