Staff very helpful and friendly. Large downstairs bedroom. Very clean. Adequate breakfast. Yes, spotlight and two lamps in room made it very dim. Very comfortable beds. Had deep snow when we stayed but managed to get about. Metro close by and easy to understand. Within walking distance of all major sites. Grand Place would take about 25 mins.

Nice staff,very helpful only problems encountered were poorly stocked bar and poor lighting in the rooms ,breakfast was reasonable ,lifts were a bit dated ,good location bought Brussels card for 13 euros giving 72 hours unlimited travel on the Brussels transport network good night life around The Bourse area all in all a good experience.
