Our 5 day stay was poor to start with, the when non of the taxi drivers at Gare du Midi actually knew where the hotel was. A great hotel, only 20mins from the airport costing about 40 euro's in a taxi. It was in a perfect location for a meeting i had, and is only 5 min walk to the tram and metro station. In Brussels for a business breakfast, needed a room close to the Conrad, found this. EUR 109 per night. Nice check-in staff, big room, creaky floorboards, free wi-fi downstairs, nice soap & stuff in the bath, trouser press. I'de go back if I needed to be in the area again. more

Make no mistake this hotel does not have 4* amenities nor does it have a restaurant but it does provide 4* service. I would not really rate this as a 4 star Hotel, as for a 4 star Hotel you would expect some air-conditioning. My major grumble was being charged 6 euro for two cups of tea, which we made ourselves in the lobby, as the rooms do not have coffee/ tea making facilites.
