Close to the airport and with a free shuttle bus/van easy to reach from there. 5 min walk to the Alma metro station so rather easy to get to the city center from here but most convenient, of course, if your business is at the campus. Unreliable staff. Poor service. Reception not knowledgeable. Lousy breakfast with fruit salad that was supposed to be fresh but that was in fact not. Waiters that are not helpful. Guests who don't know how to behave. All of the items in a hotel with expensive prices. In conclusion: Not recommendable. Select a different hotel in Brussels, if you can. More

Room was spacious, bed was comfy. Iron and ironing board in the room. My only gripe was the shower - it seemed the only water temperature options were Piping Hot or Boiling Hot. Apart from that, this hotel is fantastic. Breakfast was included. I only stayed here for 1 night though so I can't comment on the other amenities. More

Nice new hotel, art deco, well furnished, room size is better than most hotels in similar range, slightly outside main city so check location before checking in. It has a restaurant and pub which closes early though. There is a some tourist interest just opposite the hotel. If you prefer a nice quiet peaceful property then this is the place. More

Service is good without being super. Book your ironing board well in advance. They only have two :o) The staff in the restaurant was awful. No english (or very very poor) and very annoying to be honest. Breakfast buffet wasn't up to scrach. More
