First of all, never ever book a hotel from OTEL.COM. Found a dirty, smelly room in old portion of hotel vendome, which was described as a 4 star hotel. After complaining and arguing for hours, otel.com agreed to refund my money; and I moved to another hotel. It hasn't kept its word. Call centres are based in Manila! more

PROS: accessible. buffet breakfast was excellent. CONS: very hot (they have to fix their centralized heating facility) i had to open the window and turn on the electric fan. can be noisy (tis along a busy street). my toilet didn't have tissue. while still at the reception, another visitor complained about her room not having towels and tissue. new wallpapers... more

It is definitely the same property at the same street address however so perhaps they are changing the name to get away from the previous bad press or something like that.
