I would like to warn people of this hotels non-smoking policy. I tried to book 2 rooms for November 08. The hotel on my request would not guarantee 2 non-smoking rooms for 12th November even though at the time of writing we are currently in June 08. Stayed two nights after staying at the Novotel Grand Place. What a difference. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was huge.
