As an avid leisure- traveler, and frequenter of design hotels in Europe, I found this one to be totally disappointing. In fact, I found nothing design about it at all. After reading good reviews online and seeing that the hotel was small-dog friendly, I booked online and then e-mailed to find out how much extra our two chihuahuas would be.... more
Thank you for your feedback - I would just say that obviously Pacific cannot be liked by all people - Your expectations were different than what we offered you and I am sorry for that - But I insist that we are a small boutique hotel and we have designed and original rooms. Best, Julien

We stayed here whilst visiting an exhibition at the end of September 2009. The rooms are very modern and clean. The staff are fantastic and really helpful. We will certainly be booking in here again next time we visit Brussels - what a gem. There are some great restaurants nearby in Place Sainte-Catherine. The hotel also has free wifi. more

We stayed for two nights in early August. Great hotel in excellent location, close to metro and Grand Place. Found hotel through Eurostar package so good value. Tasty breakfast. Had room at back of hotel so nice and quiet. Helpful staff. more
