“Terrible housekeeping, missing laundry”

I've been staying here a week for work and while the room is fine, it's amazing that for such a small hotel, they could actually lose my laundry. “where can i hang my clothes?”

excellent hotel for cleaning standards and hospitality but... i can undestand the need for a high standard of "design" regarding furniture but having a desk without drawers and very well hidden wardrobe (it took two days to find it) is maybe too much. apart for this the hotel was excellent and the wifi connection ok
