This is a bright modern Ibis beside the river. Make sure you ask for a room overlooking the water. Rooms are typical of the chain and still look bright and fresh. Stayed here between Christmas and New Year. Very easy to find even in the dark and with ample free parking. The manager was very welcoming and spoke good English, and we took a river view room for 5 euros extra. The room was very clean and quiet. Dinant is a lovely little town in a spectacular setting. This hotel is right on the river bank, an easy stroll to the shops and restaurants. Great Hotel We arrived in Dinant late eveing, and luckely got the last room for 3 in the hotel. The price was very reasonable 75 Euro. This is our favourite Ibis. Lovely location right on the river, a good breakfast, friendly staff. What more could you want? Well, a restaurant, and there are a couple just a short walk away - a Tunisian one ("Carthage") and next door to it a brilliant French one ("Broche"). more
