We strive to keep our hotel spotless and our service standards impeccable. Next time, we urge you to try out our restaurant Le Mystique for fine Flemish and French cuisine prepared daily by our chef who uses seasonal local ingredients. Until then.

Pleasantly situated hotel within minutes of the main market square where you can find horse and carriage rides and the famous Belfort bell tower. First time in Brugges and stayed at the Heritage and had a great time. The location is excellent, right next to the Markt and plenty of bars and restaurants but we weren't affected by any noise so had two great night's sleep. The hotel has valet parking for 20 Euros which was great. Our room was 77. It was 'cosy'... more

This was our first visit to Bruges, we found the hotel very comfortable and convenient for everywhere. The staff were very helpful and welcoming, we didn't pay a lot for our room so I guess that is why it was on the small side, but it did have everything, and the bed linen and towels were beautiful and the bed... more

I arrived in Bruges by car and noticed it would be hard to drive through the old town. I stopped the car and phone the hotel, the attendent took her time guiding me through the maze. I simply can't understand why anyone wrote good reviews of this place. The location is great and the common areas are pretty but that's about the extent of what's good (oh, and there is free WiFi). The bad: There is long term construction going on directly across the street. How is it possible that no one has mentioned that?? Beds... more

There is indeed a construction across the road with barely any influence on your stay or quality of your stay at the hotel. This is probably why nobody has mentioned this before. We are sorry...
We had a great stay at this wonderful hotel. The room (theatre-view suite) was very large with a sitting room and a separate shower/tub bathroom… the dual sinks also make a big difference. We spent one night at the Heritage whilst on our roadtrip to Scandinavia, and found it to be the perfect first night's stay. Excellent Hotel - I booked after seeing all the recommendations from previous tripadvisor comments, as a surprise birthday present.
