Hotel is beautiful, staff are so helpful and friendly. Location could not be better. There are 2 points which could be improved on; the indoor pool could be heated and the breakfast could be more affordable!! €30 - you have got to be kidding! (We opted for cheaper alternatives) more
At first glance this seems like a gem - but some of its charms are only skin deep. This is a charming place - but has the quirks of an older house without the efficiencies of a modern place. To have to open 3 doors to go to the bathroom and wash ones hands in the middle of the night... more
Fantastic luxury hotel in the centre of bruges. Rooms were elegant and staff at check in and at breakfast were very pleasant and helpfull. The hotel has a small pool, sauna and turkish bath but the jacuzzi has been removed. It was nice to have a swim at the end of a days sightseeing.The breakfast is 30 euros each if... more
Located on the canal with amazing views, right in the heart of Bruges. The staff were friendly and really helpful, the room was gorgeous and comfortable, breakfast was wonderful and enhanced even more by the chocolate fountain!! the second time i stayed in this amazing hotel. The rooms are all different very clean and after a day full of meetings the bed is like heaven... very friendly staff, good parking possibilities, close to the shops, bars and restaurant of the most beautiful town bruges. i would always book this hotel again. more

We got a good deal from LateRooms and as such got to stay in a very nice 4* hotel for a good price. Staff were very attentive, pool was small but nice, plus it has a sauna & Turkish bath.
