My wife booked this hotel for a surprise 40th birthday present for me. The room was amazing, overlooking the canal, and the hotel was exceptional (very friendly and helpful staff, central location etc). The facilities were very good (pool and sauna, well stocked bar etc) and it was the perfect place for relaxing after a day's sightseeing. Highly recommended! more

Our superior room looked over a canal towards a typically picturesque Brugge scene with the Belfort in the background. The bed was perhaps the most comfortable of any hotel bed I've slept in. Hotel is beautiful, staff are so helpful and friendly. Location could not be better. There are 2 points which could be improved on; the indoor pool could be heated and the breakfast could be more affordable!! €30 - you have got to be kidding! (We opted for cheaper alternatives) more
