Basic room but clean enough - bathroom below average with no extractor fan working and early stages of mould on ceiling. No kettle in room. Breakfast dull and meagre, very poor selection with only hot food being a boiled egg. Given the above, they still charged peak season four star prices. more

We stayed here on a Shearings Touring Holiday. We had a very clean large room, spacious and clean bathroom,which were well maintained throughout our stay.. Take a travel kettle with you etc and you'll want for no more. Great location, clean tidy, good breakfast. Staff very helpful. We had a room looking over the square with a balcony. Air con in all rooms. Brugge was expensive but a fantastic weekend would recommend. Hotel organised walking tour and boat trip. Even suggested restaurants to eat which were fantastic. more

This is a lovely four star hotel near the centre of Bruges. It is clean, comfortable and the food was good. Just spent 4 nights at hotel with Shearings Coach holidays. Ideal location for the centre - not far to walk. Choice for breakfast very good (Continental breakfast).
