Comfortable for what it is, convenient with shops and sight-seeing all within walking distance and overlooks a large square. Beware of cycle lanes they have priority. Small bar and large restaurant. Don't expect to stay up late in the bar as the barman wants to go home when it gets to midnight. Good for organised coach tours.
