My friend and I stumbled on this B & B on a rainy night in June. While I am not usually drawn toward contemporary style, I found the world inside to be warm, welcoming, generous-spirited, spacious, bright, and with every need met with enthusiastic care and service. There is a wonderful living area, kitchen, and roof patio accessible to visitors... more

A very modern B&B with friendly and helpful owners. The location is ideal - about 1/2 mile from the center. The rooms are clean and roomy with a separate dining / living area from the owner's home. The overall experience was excellent. more

We had a great stay here for the one night we were in Bruges about a week ago. Trees Walleke, the owner, made us more than comfortable, even entertaining 2 young children. She made us tea upon our arrival and served an excellent breakfast the next morning - the jams were really fruity and excellent. The rooms were very clean... more

This place is amazing. She has two rooms available. The breakfast is a whole smorgasboard of food from meats, cheeses, eggs (try the Flemmish style), coffee, tea, orange juice, fruits. It is newly renovated. The host also provides a walk through map of Bruges. A must visit. [--] www.bruggebedandbreakfast.be more

We only stayed one night and it was a very special stay. From the moment we stepped into the house we were made to feel welcome. The owner obviously loves Bruges and gives you lots of helpful advice to get the most from your visit. Everything was spotless and of the best quality. Breakfast was served beautifully with a wide... more

From the train station we took the bus to get to this B&B. When you get off the bus, you walk for 5 mins to get to this place. When we arrived there, Trees (short for Therese) was having a family get together. The doorbell really isnt hard to find, its just between the numbers. The place is very modern... more

Theresa (or Trees') runs a spotless B&B. We booked the top floor room which was spacious and quiet. Outside the room there is a guest lounge but there is a glass partition between the bedroom so noise is not a problem. Trees' runs a very family oriented business providing such personal service you feel like you are truely in your... more

Theresa and Emiel have a lovely modern house with great guest facilities, and Bruges is a brilliant city/town. All of the old town is inside an egg shaped canal that creates an area about 3.5km by 2km. 't' Walleke is fantastically located near the main loop canal within the egg shaped medieval town about 15 minutes walk northeast from the... more

This B&B is situated in a beautiful and quiet part of Bruges, away from the bustle of tourists but within easy walking distance of the centre and near some of the less visited attractions which are well worth a look, such as the windmills and the English Convent. We felt welcomed into the owners' home, they were wonderful hosts and... more
