This hotel was excellent for our short holiday in Belguim, the food was good and plenty of it, the hotel was very clean and the staff extremely polite and helpful, the only downside was that the rooms were not tended to until very late in the day. The jacuzzi was so relaxing.

The best advise I can give anyone is STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL! Apart from the receptionists the most of the staff were rude and unhelpful. The food was inedible and the rooms were dirty.There were no facility for making tea or coffee, and we were told we could not have a kettle in the room.
