Charlotte is an excellent host and Varlet Farm is an ideal choice. You are made to feel so welcome from the arrival till departure. Breakfast is a feast which then becomes lunch that you can take with you. Everything is just wonderfull. Go there you will not be disappointed. Ive stayed here a number of times now and it still remains the best B&B by far especially if you're doing a WW1 research visit as it's pretty much central for Ypres and Paschendale. Also a great B&B for bikers as there is good secure parking for your bike. more

Charlotte was the perfect host! She is a wealth of information for the area and provided maps, brochures for us while we toured the area. The breakfast was superb, especially the homemade strawberry jam. We also appreciate that she provides lunch fixings as well.
