Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

Worst Hotel since I travel. Super noisy. Very small rooms: ~7m^2 as double room, every prisoner gets more room. Personal not helpful. WiFi slow and intermittent. Only usable for person's who need only bed between drinking tours. To all others: stay away.

I booked this hotel through a package deal and didn’t check the reviews until afterwards, upon checking the reviews I was terrified and anxious about my stay being terrible but it absolutely wasn’t! I’m glad I read the reviews in once sense as the street view room we were in was noisy due to the strip, but not as bad as most make it out to be and with earplugs in and the fan on it was barely noticeable. The room was a bit dated but clean and tidy as was the bathroom bar a bit of black mould on the shower head pipe. The option to have your room made up daily was a really nice touch considering most hotels I have stayed in recently only offer this for longer stays/after 7 days. Staff were pleasant enough when we interacted with them, even the bouncer many reviews state isn’t very nice was always okay with us, and breakfast was good. If you’re reading this prior to your visit and, like I was, you’re apprehensive about your stay, don’t be. It’s really not as bad as some reviews make it out to be.

I booked this hotel for friends for a 70th and a 60th - disappointment was an understatement! I used this hotel many times before on friends holidays, large groups or just a couple of us. It’s been maybe 5 years since going - well I was totally disgusted when we got there after recommending to my friends we go there. 4 of us went and when we got our first room it was disgusting! There was paint bubbled and peeling off the dresser, the sink was cracked in many places (not just crazed) bacteria city! We couldn’t close the balcony door or bathroom door, it was truly very grim and soooo old looking. We got them to change our room and said they’d move us but not our friends and they hadn’t even got their room yet! (They obviously knew it wasn’t going to be good) They were given the room next to our first one, there was blood smothering the lamp shade which they just ‘cleaned to the best they could’ but wouldn’t move them. The sunbeds were ALL decrepit, material was all broken, there was not one sunbed in any sort of good condition. We were therefore forced to go to the beach where it was €19 for 2 beds. The music played round the pool was so loud we couldn’t even hear ourselves talk to each other as the speaker was sat by the bar/eating area so we couldn’t stay for lunch during the day and had to leave to go elsewhere. Apparently they are doing up the hotel - very slowly and have done the top floor! That’s no good to anyone being put on the lower floors. They aren’t doing up the urgent things that need attention which is such a shame. We asked for a hairdryer as none in either room and were told to come back tomorrow….we went and bought one but our friends went back the next day and there were none to give out. The last day we asked they opened the cupboard were meant to be kept and the cupboard door fell off!!! Place was falling apart The older lady on reception had the absolute hump with us going back and forth with complaints and asking for help which should be an apology and do all you can to help guests….customer service was totally out the window! She acted like we were just being nuisances….

You get what you pay for. The hotel was spotless, breakfast was buffet style and had something for everyone. We were lucky that we had a room overlooking the pool, if staying again I would definitely pay extra to ensure we had this again. The hotel is in the middle of the "strip" so noise is expected. If you want a peaceful break with early nights do not book. Music is loud until 4am so if you're a light sleeper take earplugs. Take a hairdryer because I thought I was going to have to offer a kidney to borrow one from reception and the 2nd time I asked there weren't any available.

Painfully slow reception. Lost valuable minutes (perhaps hours) of my life waiting for 1 woman to check people in. I've not got checked in yet, but felt inspired to leave this review already. Now I need to leave a longer review to meet the 200 character minimum length...........................

Hotel very good for the price, loved this place on arrival we was lucky and had a large room with a fridge and the staff working on reception on arrival was very lovely and welcoming but since then each time I have gone to the reception with a query different staff have been totally rude to both me and my partner. Very sarcastic and belittling attitude. Asked if I could borrow a butter knife to spread some butter on some bread I had to make sandwiches for the beach and was laughed at by the receptionist, looked at as if I was stupid to then be told no. My boyfriend asked on another occasion at reception for clean towels so we could have a shower as we hadn’t had clean towels for 2 days, my boyfriend and myself are very friendly people, before even answering the question my boyfriend was straight away told off and belittled in front of other guests for being in reception with no top on and a drink in hand to which we understood and apologised and was then bluntly told that we’d have to wait for the cleaner to clean our room, bare in mind it was 3pm the cleaners had already finished our floor and we had just come back from the beach and wanting a shower. Had to search the entire building for a cleaner who could give me some towels and very happily passed me some towels, since the receptionist had refused. Hotel very good for price, nice pool and amazing location. Would come back again but staff on reception need to learn some better manners as I felt so uncomfortable even walking past the front desk in the lobby so unwelcoming! (Apart from the first lady when we arrived, very lovely!!!)

First of all on arrival to hotel after checking in at 11pm arrived In our room which was unbearably hot to find air con wasn’t working , reported this to reception and they said it would be fixed the next day,, but infact it was never fixed during our stay! At 36 degrees this was most uncomfortable and impossible to sleep in. Although you won’t get any sleep anyway as the many nightclubs are on your doorstep , our balcony looked directly onto the busy clubs across the road which made you feel as though you were sleeping in the nightclub, loud music until 430am, and then after parties in the street followed by road sweepers cleaning up from 6-7am which sounded like drilling. Safe to say we did not have a relaxing holiday due to lack of air con and noise. Room was very shabby , sink didn’t drain, broken drawers which had been glued back together , only one seat on the balcony and a badly scored table which made the place look really grubby. No air con in breakfast area either really uncomfortable for eating in. Pool is full of dead flies/moths and surrounded by bird poo as you step out the pool. Never once seen it getting cleaned.. quite possibly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We actually looked at a flight home 24 hours after arriving but decided to try see it through

Had a great time, clean hotel really friendly breakfast and evening restaurant staff, yes their is noise from the stripe but what do you expect from a hotel in the center of it? bring ear plugs enjoy the lovely pool and access to everything around! you'll only have an issue getting your deposit back if you're an actual idiot and leave your room in a state otherwise you'll have the best time

Well, location good. Short walk to the beach with restaurants and dancing bars on your doorstep. Hotel itself: staff on arrival and exit were very helpful. Breakfast was OK. Cooked, cold or fruit. Coffee/tea machine OK. Although coffee tasted like mocha. Room - very basic, which I didn't mind. However, our veranda sliding door was not safe. It didn't lock, so was open all night/day. The aircon did not work. Curtain was hanging off. Told reception - helpful but they didn't even go to the room. Second day, told them again - they still didn't ho into the room. Toilet seat stained yellow. Shower was good and mattress surprisingly comfortable, even though it was thin. Wasn't cleaned thoroughly either and noisy at night. Would not stay here again.
