Found the Hotel on Google and booked the flights direct with Globespan. Great Flights Sat to Sat, on time and good service. Great resort, not that friendly for families with babies, and the quality of the lodgings does vary. The residences are amazing , pure luxury , large bedrooms all ensuite, great kitchen useful for making lunches as food is expensive. Use the supermarket just outside the resort as it is much cheaper. restaurants in resort all look stunning but the food is only average. however, the resort is amazing, magnifcent views, great staff. i highly recommend this hotel... more

If you want a really luxurious holiday (you get what you pay for) then book one of the Pine Cliffs Residence apartments. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment and it was pure luxury. Just returned from a 5-night-stay at the Sheraton Algarve hotel and golf resort. We absolutely loved the hotel and staff. I made a visit to this resort in May 2009. In my opinion, The Pine Cliff is one of the most elegant and comfortable resorts in Albuferia.
