Took a little while to locate these apartments. About 2 hours! We Finally found them at about 3pm, because we were so late arriving the owners had gone home and left a phone number sellotaped to the door. A 20 minute wait in the 40 degree sunshine ensued. When we were finall greeted by the owner he just gave us the key and told us to leave it somewhere when we left.
The apartment was not pretty. We had a nice little balcony with a view of the main road. No fans and no aircon. Did I mention 40 degrees?
Anyway, enough moaning. The good point is that it is just 2 minutes from the strip. Bad news is that the strip is Horrible! My friend was staying somewhere that looked a lot nicer, but he had his door kicked in and passports / money stolen.
If you want somewhere cheap that you can always get back to no matter how skulled you are, then stay here.
If you want a nice holiday then go somewhere else, the maldives are nice
