Quiet, comfortable, conveniently located in the lovely Old Town. Staff friendly and helpful - special mention for Aubrey, who went the extra mile. Breakfasts perfectly acceptable. We found this hotel to be very clean and the staff were all helpful and friendly. The rooms were comfortable and had all we needed for a relaxing holiday. The hotel is situated on a hill so for anyone with any walking difficulties this probably isn't the best hotel to choose. There were plenty of bars and restaurants close by... more

The hotel is good value for money if you are looking for bed and breakfast, but not a hotel to spend lots of time in. Second time in Colina do Mar - just great value. Rooms are basic but perfectly adequate. Bed is a little hard but rooms have aircon, en-suite, tv and fridge.
