We stayed at the Vale de Carros for a 2 weeks family holiday. The apartment were basic but clean. We had to get taxis to most places (the strip and Albufeira town centre) as it took over 1 hour to walk from the apartment to the town. Pleasant walk but not a walk to do everyday.
