Our room was near the entrance to the main door ally, its too small to call it a road. Every time anyone came into the hotel it made a ding dong noise, this lasted most of the night. The pool had tiles coming off and was generally dirty; The whole place needs refurbishing.

Just had our second stay at the Bertolina.Anna is so warm and friendly then there is the fantastic Fatima who is one of the nicest people on this earth.She is just so lovely.Both of them cant do enough for you.Roll on next stayJACK & IRENE......DUNDEE

this hotel is a must cant find any faults at all,fatima does all she can possibly do ,nothing is to much trouble for here and yes like other reviews its just a stones throw to the main strip.the only thing i would say if you difficulty walking not so good

the hotel iteself was superb, located a few minutes walk from the town square. Unfortunately, the bars continue to play loud music until about 3a.m. so sleeping was difficult without earplugs! Fatima and Ana are a delight and ensure your stay is as comfortable as they can make it. Pool area is a bonus.

How anyone can complain about this hotel!, everyone makes you feel so welcome. Anna, Joanna and wonderful Fatima make your stay at this hotel very special. The hotel is very clean and is located close to the beach and the old square where all the bars and restaurants are. I have stayed here many times and have never been disappointed.... More

I don't know where the pictures came from on the trip advisor posts. but it's not what we experienced. The room smelt of damp, the bed stank, we left after just the one night.

Arrived back from the Mansao Betolina for the 4th year on 3 June 2008. What an improvement from last year. The construction work is almost at an end but certainly never spoiled our holiday anyway.
