we stayed for a week early season at 57 ponte grande for some much needed R and R. The resort was quiet but well maintained and the locality to so many wonderful beaches and restaurants was great. Portugal haven were a please to deal with and would certainly recommend them for anyone else.

Ponta Grande is a very relaxing place to stay, the villa (no 5) is clean, spacious and location is excellent for nice walks, restaurants, beach's etc. The restaurant on site has changed hands this year and they could not be more helpful and also had entertainment twice a week. I stayed here (no 10 villa) with my partner and 2 children ( aged 5 and 11). We found 2 bed villa to be spacious and clean but agree the patio was unswept and chairs dirty. We stayed at 57 Ponta Grande Resort, Sao Rafael and booked through Portugal Haven, we had a great holiday, the townhouse was very comfortable and spacious and the extra large patio at the back was very private .We hope to return again in the future.
