The good side: the apartment was lovely, very clean and tastefully decorated. We were upgraded to a 2-bedroom, although we only paid for a one, and appreciated the extra space. The attitude of reception staff is appalling. If you have any complaints...don't bother.... they don't want to know. Ask for the Manager and he/she just hides in the office til you go away. We stayed in a deluxe one bedroomed apartment with a sea view. It was, by far, the nicest apartment we have ever stayed in. The apartment was spotlessly clean, with everything you could possibly need. It had books, dvd's tennis rackets etc just like a home from home.
