My fiancee and I stayed here 6 nights in July, 2008. This is a small 3-bedroom guesthouse run my a very nice Irish woman named Claire. We booked directly through a website run by the owner (actually, the owner's son). Overall, it was a great deal for having booked beforehand - although we could have taken slightly more comfortable and quiet accomodations if we had shown up without a reservation (and knew where to look).
*Location*
The good - Mostly excellent location. 10 minute walk from the bus station, 15 from the train station and 5 minutes from the closest beach, this guesthouse is on the "non-hilly" side of Lagos, just within the old town walls. Lagos is very small within the old town walls and everything is 5 minutes away, but it's better to be on the side with no hills when you're heading to the beach.
