The damn building work is the reason for the low score. There's a major (I mean major) piece of building work going on and I could see it from my balcony. They begun work at 8am - 7pm. We luckily fell upon this inexpensive, but delightful Pension type hotel in the middle of bustling Lagos. Yes you may find the front room noisey but we had a quiet room at the back.
