We have just returned from a two night Valentines Break at the above Spa hotel. Lovely situation in a valley with restored buildings, mainly now used as hotels for persons enjoying the spa facilities. We chose the Central and it was lovely. The furnishings, fittings and bedrooms generally were charming and very individual, The lounge was well furnished and comfortable. Breakfast, included was buffet style and plentiful. Dinner one night was included from a special menu which was just about okay. The next night we had a la carte which was very good. On arrival we were told we would have to pay extra to use the hydro pool just for that day and the next two days it would be included. As it was late in the day and it was closing soon we didnt bother. The next day when we turned up to use the pool it was out of order and remained so for the whole of the break.
